Using Beender means agreeing to these terms.

If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Beender website, app, or services.

01 Use Beender lawfully and honestly.

02 Beenders and Wannabeders are responsible for how they use advice and services.

03 We may suspend accounts or remove content that harms the platform or others.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who visits Beender, creates an account, applies to become a Beender, books a service, sends messages, or otherwise uses the platform.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the issue was caused by our own failure.

Platform purpose

Beender is a platform for connection, guidance, and paid services. We do not guarantee personal, academic, career, financial, medical, legal, immigration, or business outcomes from using the platform or advice shared through it.

Bookings, payments, and cancellations

Paid services booked through Beender are subject to the pricing, booking, cancellation, refund, and payout rules we make available in the product. By purchasing or offering a service through Beender, you agree to those rules as they apply at the time of the transaction.

User content and conduct

You must not use Beender to harass, defraud, impersonate, spam, scrape, abuse payment systems, or post unlawful or harmful content. You remain responsible for the content you submit, including profile details, applications, messages, and session-related communications.

Beender approvals and visibility

Applying to become a Beender does not guarantee approval, publishing, visibility in search, or continued platform access. We may approve, reject, limit, hide, or remove profiles at our discretion to protect quality, safety, or platform integrity.

Service availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Beender at any time. We try to keep the platform reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always work exactly as expected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Beender is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Beender, if any, in the period reasonably connected to the claim.
